Went back to the Gathering of the Vibes Festival in Bridgeport this weekend. Not a really big fan of this festival at all. I can hippie if I have to, and Vibes is way more hippie than I can possibly hippie.
Anyways, more important than anything else, I found the Gouda Boys truck. If you don't know, Gouda Boys are famous for their insanely cheesy dishes served outside of Phish shows. I ordered like three different ones but the standout was the "William The Butcher Cutting" hoagie loaded with pulled pork, maple bacon, mac and cheese, and gouda sauce. What.
I was so full that I decided to go drown in sorrow while looking at pictures of dead rock and rollers. Totes food-coma buzzkill.
